ARCO and Sovereign Property Partnership convened a grouping of operators, investors, lawyers, planning specialists, councillors and MSPs to develop specific plans to fill the policy void in Scotland for Integrated Retirement Communities and to pave the way for significant expansion of supply and better options for older people.
