Friends of the Elderly
Friends of the Elderly has been supporting older people for 120 years. The charity operates care homes and day care services, and provides grants for elderly people in financial difficulty. Although primarily operating in the registered care sector, we are exploring integrated retirement communities.

Graham Care Group
The Graham Care Group owns and operates eight purpose built schemes in Surrey and Kent for around 900 older people with nursing needs. It also owns five development sites with planning consent for a further 600 places. It now plans to develop retirement living schemes on its sites, where residents would be able to receive domiciliary personal and nursing care from the existing on-site care service and thereby remain in their apartment for life.
