An online workshop on best practice for handling and managing complaints in Retirement Communities

This online event is open to ARCO Members and Accelerators only.

Join ARCO’s Head of Regulation and Compliance, Sally Ireland, and Compliance Engagement Manager, John Hesford for an online workshop which will focus on best practice for handling and managing complaints in Retirement Communities.

As part of the session, we will be welcoming guest speaker, Adrian Simpson, Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at QASSS LTD.

QASSS is an award-winning company that specialises in providing consumer protection solutions and dispute resolution in the home improvement sector. Having won several awards for complaint handling practice, Adrian will be sharing his insight on QASSS’ complaint handling success to see if there are any lessons we can learn and bring into best practice for our sector.

The workshop will cover:

•            Best practice in complaints handling

•            Dealing with disputes and working through test scenarios
