Exclusive to ARCO Members

ARCO members are invited to join a special webinar focused on the findings of the 2025/26 Mystery Shopping exercise carried out this year as part of the new Standards programme pilot. The webinar will take place on Wednesday 11th March at 10:30am - 12noon and will be an opportunity for members to hear about the overall results of the exercise and what key successes and learnings we can take away to improve the customer experience. 

Sally Ireland and John Hesford will be on hand to answer questions about the exercise and will be joined by Sebastian and Susan Moritz from our mystery shopping partners MORICON Mystery Shopper who will also provide a deeper dive into delivering excellent customer service as part of the session. 

This webinar is aimed at Member marketing and sales colleagues and Code Compliance Officers. All attendees should work directly for the operator, and the session will not be recorded so attending on the day is key. All member results will be aggregated and remain anonymous.
