About this event:
We're delighted to welcome Scott Orr, CEO of Untold Living as our member guest speaker for the event. With Untold Living about to open their brand-new Newport IRC, Sundew Court, Scott will talk about what the scheme will offer, how operating their existing IRC, Chantry Court has informed their first development and important lessons learned on the way. Scott will also talk about the importance of co-locating the IRC with a care home and how this will help support people as they age.
ARCO's Director of Policy, James Lloyd will also be providing a sector update on the vital work ARCO is doing with the government on planning and leasehold reform, plus you'll hear the stats from the Generation Joy campaign and its reach to customers across the UK.
After the briefing, there will be time to connect and catch up with sector peers.
