Richmond Wood Norton, Evesham Rd, Wood Norton, Evesham, WR11 4TY
ARCO Member Exclusive
Member workshop on key trends, opportunities and growth in the Integrated Retirement Community sector
This event is open exclusively to ARCO Members, Accelerators and Strategic Partners.
This event is the chance for marketing and sales colleagues from across the membership to come together, connect and discuss shared sector opportunities and challenges.
Overview:
Set in the Worcestershire countryside, Wood Norton showcases Richmond’s full continuum of care model on one site, from independent and assisted living to a co-located care home including memory care.
While 2025 proved challenging for IRC sales across the sector, Richmond stood out as an outlier, achieving strong performance in both new sales and resales. Where some operators are cautious about marketing care provision, Richmond positions flexible care as a core selling point. During the workshop, we will explore how this approach works in practice and hear directly from Wood Norton residents about why the village was the right choice for them.
The day will also include a tour of the village, with opportunities to ask questions of both the team and residents, alongside sessions covering:
- Renters Rights Act update - practical implications for members plus how you position and market the rental offer and does the RRA change this?
- Sector and sales overview - what is the picture from across the membership?
- Marketing Deferred Management Fees – value proposition vs add on
This event is open exclusively to ARCO Members, Accelerators and Strategic Partners to attend, and is primarily aimed at marketing and sales colleagues.
