Building Safety 2026: What’s Next for IRC Operators?

The Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) remains the most significant legislation impacting the construction and living sectors in decades. With a challenging property market and reports of delays to construction projects due to congestion at the gateways, we'll be joined by the team at Trowers & Hamlins LLP to give the latest update on what operators of IRCs need to know going into 2026 and what changes are on the horizon. Topics will include:
