What really matters - and the questions we need to ask

At ARCO’s 10th Annual Conference this July, join us for a data-driven deep dive into the questions that truly matter, as the sector reflects on the big trends for the next 10 years.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Key customer wants - and needs
  • How meeting customers’ wants and needs leads to sustainable business models
  • How has the sector responded so far - and what innovation lies ahead?

We’ll tackle the most pressing challenges - and opportunities - facing the sector today, including the risk and reward of care delivery, and discuss how these feed into key business decisions grounded in data.

We’re also delighted to welcome our international guest speaker, Andrew Carle, who will share insights into the rapid growth of University Retirement Communities (URCs) in the US - and how they are giving both alumni and universities a powerful new lease of life.

We can’t wait to bring together leaders from across the sector for two days of inspiring content and valuable networking opportunities.

Further details on the conference agenda and guest speakers will be announced in the upcoming weeks.

We look forward to seeing you in July!

About the ARCO Conference

Known for its excellent and fresh content, where new innovative ideas are shared first, and for the unmatched networking opportunities, including the attendance of Ministers and senior policy makers, this event is one not to missed!

The conference will be held in London and run over two days.

Day 1 (1 July) features a full conference programme, including keynote speakers, panel sessions and audience Q&As with a capacity for approximately 450 delegates. The day concludes with the ARCO Annual Drinks Reception (exclusively for Day 1 delegates), the largest social gathering in the sector, offering further opportunities to connect with peers and industry leaders.

Day 2 (2 July), known as The Knowledge Exchange Day, is delivered as a series of interactive workshops focused on deeper discussion and practical insight. Delegates can choose to attend up to four of approximately eight workshops. With capacity limited to around 120 attendees, the day is ideal for those seeking more in-depth exploration following Day 1. The day concludes with networking drinks.

We will be announcing the programme and guest speakers in the upcoming weeks.
