ARCO Sector Day - April

ARCO Members, Partners and Affiliates are invited to an exclusive visit to Retirement Villages Botanical Place IRC - the second of the new Thrive collection to open the doors. 

Located in the heart of West Byfleet, Botanical Place has been designed to provide exceptional fit-for-purpose living for over 65s, while creating a welcoming space with a vibrant public square surrounded by shops and businesses that bring together residents, neighbours, and the wider community. The complex includes a wellness suite, gym, cinema room and restaurant all of which are open to the public. Botanical Place has also been designed to be whole of life net zero carbon – the first residential scheme in the UK to hit this standard. Carbon emissions will be minimised and offset over the entire life of the community, contributing to a more sustainable future.  

This in-person event will give attendees the opportunity to tour the newly opened Botanical Place IRC, hear from the team at Retirement Villages Group and architects PRP plus time to network with peers.
