This meeting is exclusively for Member Legal Counsel and ARCO's Legal Partners. 

Chaired by Sally Ireland, Director of Legal & Compliance, the Council serves as a collaborative forum to discuss upcoming legal developments specific to Integrated Retirement Communities. It provides strategic insight, feedback and guidance to ARCO and in turn the Board on the strategic direction of ARCO's work.

13.00 -  The Retirement Occupancy Lease.

13.30 – Implementation of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act

14.00 – Implementation of the Renters Rights Act

14.30 – Consumer law update; home buying and selling reform including material information; other legal and regulatory developments (employment, care, building safety)  

15.00 - Close
