ARCO Operational Forum - January

Offering food and refreshment at Integrated Retirement Communities is a core part of the onsite services, allowing residents the choice to eat out or cook in as they choose. The restaurant or bistro cafe is often the hub of the community but how are operators balancing the challenge of running (at best) a cost neutral service with changing customer demand, rising staff and food prices whilst retaining both the quality and 'buzz'. 

This Operational Forum will discuss what Members are doing to innovate in this area, how (and if) they are changing their approach plus sharing operational learnings. Ben Ling, Head of Service Delivery at Inspired Villages, will be sharing insight into his work on leading the group's Food & Beverage strategy over the past year. We will also be joined by Lee Newton and Laura Tighe from White Oaks Compass Group on the latest trends from overseas sectors are in this area and how this could help inform UK operators.
