Pricing and property listings guidance and ARCO Compliance Forum

This year, ARCO is piloting a refreshed Standards Programme, replacing former assessments with Compliance reviews and Mystery shopping.

At this forum ARCO Code Compliance Officers, and other interested colleagues, will be able to discuss the new Standards programme, before the compliance review process starts, and ask questions to prepare for the compliance review pilot. We will also discuss the mystery shopping pilot that we are undertaking with Moricon Mystery Shopper this Standards year.

With the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 now in force, we will also explore the updates we've had to the consumer law and guidance in 2025, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
