ARCO Member Roundtable: Strengthening Leaseholder Protections

ARCO will be responding to the Ministry of Housing’s consultation on Strengthening Leaseholder Protections over Charges and Services, which closes on 26 September. The consultation includes several important proposals, such as the introduction of standardised service charge demands and annual reports, as well as new measures around the regulation of fixed service charges.

To support our response, we will be hosting a virtual member roundtable on Wednesday 3 September, from 14:00 to 15:30.

This event will be co-hosted by Doug Rhodes, Partner at Trowers & Hamlins, who will provide expert insight into the proposed changes.
