This workshop will delve into how early design intentions translate into the lived experience once a scheme becomes operational. Together, we’ll explore the relationship between planning and practice—what works, what evolves, and how we can learn from the operational phase to inform and enhance future community design. Whether you're involved in development, operations, or strategy, this event will offer the opportunity to connect with peers and share knowledge and best practice for all to benefit from.
