ARCO Operational Forum - June 2025

Sally Ireland, ARCO's Director of Legal and Compliance, will be joined by the team at Innerva, ARCO Affiliate, for this bi-monthly Operational Forum focused on 'Empowering Active Ageing: Elevating Wellness in Retirement through Innovative Exercise Solutions".  They will explore how cutting-edge exercise technologies can enhance wellbeing in later life. Kate Jarvis, Wellbeing Lead at ExtraCare Charitable Trust will also join the discussion, sharing how she and her team support residents in staying fit and healthy. She will highlight the benefits of using a frailty app designed to help residents maintain a pre-frail or resilient state with personalised goals on lifestyle, health and exercise.
