We're delighted that the Marketing & Sales Workshop will take place at the brand new Audley Coopers Hill Retirement Community near Egham, Surrey. 

Attendees will have the chance to tour Audley Coopers Hill as part of the day as well as enjoy a workshop that focuses on the future regulatory picture of marketing, sales compliance and customer experience. 

Highlights of the Agenda include:

 -  ARCO’s Executive Director, Michael Voges will present A day in the life of Marketing & Sales 2021 which will look at what the regulatory picture might be two years from now. 

- A pre-workshop survey on the role of the General Manager in the Sales Process. 

-   Head of Membership & Operations, Ellie Pyemont and mystery shopping expert Alexandra Fisher from US-based company Sherpa, will lead a workshop discussion on what could be the ideal mystery shopping process for Retirement Communities in the UK to ensure sales efficiency. 

A focus on staff training: a group discussion on what a sales compliance training package could look like?

There will also be the chance to meet and hear from John Hesford, ARCO's newly appointed Compliance Engagement Manager.
