We are delighted to hold the first ARCO Operational Management Workshop of the 2019-20 membership year at St George’s Park (Ditchling Common, Burgess Hill, East Sussex, RH15 0SF) which will take place on Thursday 10 October from 10:45am-3pm. A buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The workshop will provide the opportunity to discuss the serious issues surrounding fire safety management in Retirement Communities. The day will comprise of policy updates, best practice examples, Q&A sessions and knowledge sharing between Member Operators.

There will also be the chance to enjoy a tour of St George’s Park and meet the team as well as hear an EU Exit update on settled status and the impact this could have on sector workforces from ARCO’s Head of Membership & Operations, Ellie Pyemont.

This workshop is primarily aimed at operational management colleagues but is open to anyone from member organisations with an interest.

St George's is easily accessible from central London with regular trains running from London Bridge and Victoria to Haywards Heath or Burgess Hill. There is also ample parking space should you choose to travel by car. This event is free for full and prospective members, as well as for members of the Accelerator programme.
