  • Session 2: Selling in a challenging property market – how operators can market and structure sales incentives while being compliant with the law and guidance - Sally Ireland, Director of Legal & Compliance, ARCO
  • Session 3: Reimagining the IRC website - How can we engage and inspire the two very different user groups interested in living in IRCs; younger old and older old. Greenwood Campbell have used data, analytics and research to try to understand this challenge and created their own IRC – Eden. The website has been designed to show how Eden can promote their properties, inspire prospective residents to visit, reassure users that we provide the right care and services and inform them about the community we provide.
