Join ARCO for an in-depth event dedicated to the marketing and sales of IRCs
This event is open to ARCO Members, Accelerators and Strategic Partners only and is primarily aimed at marketing and sales colleagues.
We are delighted to invite Marketing and Sales colleagues from across the ARCO Membership to come together for the first in-person event in over 2 years.
Highlights of the agenda will include:
- ARCO’s Executive Director, Michael Voges will explore the topic of 'Care vs Lifestyle' with a focus on the customer proposition.
- Autumna's Founder & Managing Director, Debbie Harris will present 'Data on IRCs enquiries vs Care' and will talk through the most common customer questions and barriers when considering making such a significant decision to move from their current home, and how these can be overcome. They will be an opportunity for the group to share their own experiences and how they deal with them.
- Sherpa's Chief Customer Officer, Matt Jesperson will share their expertise of Prospect-Centred selling, and an analysis of US sales data reports that will give us an insight to what sales activities are proving to be most successful. This will be followed by a panel discussion with Alexandra Johnson of Adlington Retirement Living, Honor Barratt of Birchgrove and Angela McKimmie of Rangeford Villages.
