Join ARCO and fellow Members, Accelerators and Strategic Partners to discuss how operators of Integrated Retirement Communities can mitigate against the ever-changing challenges in the current economic climate and set themselves up for success.

This workshop will cover key topics such as:

  • Resident Engagement for Success – what does a good operator / resident relationship look like and how can members manage resident communications in a positive and sensitive way when passing on challenging information?
  • Leasehold and Property Management issues – how to structure service charges for success and mitigate against possible resident disputes. We will also give an update on ARCO’s work on consumer regulation and the Regulation of Property Agents (ROPA) agenda.
  • The Rising Cost of Energy - how are operators dealing with rising energy costs and how can the government Energy Bill Relief for Business help? We will also cover what operators can do to mitigate against the potential of winter energy blackouts.
