This workshop will provide insights into some of the current hot issues for Marketing and Sales within the retirement community sector.
We are grateful to The ExtraCare Charitable Trust for welcoming us to their Hughenden Gardens Village for the workshop.
Session topics will include:
- Tour of Hughenden Gardens Village with reflections from Richard Tower (ExtraCare's Head of Marketing and Communications). Richard will be joined by Hughenden Garden Village's Village Manager. They will share learning from them marketing and sales process of this 260 apartment community.
- A new dawn for compliance and transparency on fees? The government is ramping up pressure on the sector to regulate transparency not just on event fees but across all fees. The meeting will focus on combining the art of the possible with legal and best practice requirements that are likely to fundamentally change our sector’s operating environment for marketing and sales.
- A look outside the sector - marketing insights from outside the Retirement Community Sector - further details to follow with an emphasis on gathering relevant learning from other sectors and preparing for future operating environments.
