Termination of contract is one of the most common issues Trowers & Hamlins are asked to advise on as disputes lawyers, and one which has been very much on people’s minds given the current economic uncertainty and the implications for commercial contracts following the Covid-19 pandemic. Termination is a tricky area and one which must be approached with caution.

In this webinar, which is specifically focussed on our health and social care clients, Kathryn Insall and Alex Sharples will review the law on termination under both contract and the common law and provide practical advice for parties facing termination issues, consider recent developments in the law in this area and the particular impact this might have on our care client base.
