For recent joiners to the ARCO Network or simply as a knowledge refresher, this session gives an overview of the Retirement Community sector.
Our Retirement Community 101 Session is aimed at anyone wanting to learn more about the sector, from new joiners to the ARCO Network, to new members of staff joining your team or for anyone who simply wants to brush up on their existing knowledge and hear the latest developments.
The expert ARCO team will be on hand to guide you through the sector's tricky terminology, give an overview of the different types of Retirement Communities (including urban, rural, rented and private) and explain the crucial elements that set Retirement Communities apart from retirement housing and care homes.
