The focus for the n ext HR Working Group session will be to cover upda tes to the Employment Rights Act\, with particular attention given to the third-party harassment cha nges for employers. We're delighted to confirm th at we will be joined by Laura Welchew\, Partner at Trowers & Hamlins LLP.
\n \nLaura works in the Trowers & Haml ins Employment and Pensions team and will be on ha nd to take members through the changes and implica tions of the third-party harassment and give guida nce on what operators can do to ensure they are eq uipped to deal with this within their organisation s. As part of the session Laura will also cover ot her areas of the ERA and be on hand to answer any questions.
